Fun facts
- For the rose in Lord Soth’s hand, I got inspired to use a rose sketch I did in February 2020, 14. It was a rose my husband gifted to me for Valentines day, before all the craziness of lockdown started. Somehow, this “ghost of a rose”, still beautiful before it wilted and its memory got tainted by 2 years of fear and loss … it fits.
- I needed to see how a rose burning from whithin would look like. Playing with paper and coals, I got the perfect reference.
