Fantasy art is not always about a fable-like or medieval-like feel. The “flintlock fantasy” is becoming more common both in games and books: the rules of the imaginary worlds change, there’s some technology, yes, but then there are magical elements and creatures to change things and make them special. And so, we have pirates and princesses, enourmous metropolis and dragons.

I just got this finished commission from Greenedera art and I have to share it because it turned out AMAZING! This is my swashbuckler rogue Reia and her current LI, a gold dragon princess named Olea. The artist spent so much time getting a feel for each character and really brought the scene in my head to life. I can’t recommend her enough!
