“Solace: a fight for freedom”, my new painting for the Dragonlance Nexus! It’s part of a series: “Preludes”, an adventure manual set before the War of the Lance.
Solace’s town square. A matronly tiefling druid in her late middle years is tied to a stake. The flames are licking her feet. In front of her Raistlin, Caramon, and Sturm are holding off the Seeker Guards while Tas is untying her.
