Seryne and Randyl, arguing twins: my illustration of a scene from the second book of the “Children of Hell” series by Stephen Weber, set in a Dungeons&Dragons setting.
- Seryne: fighter/gold dragon disciple/samurai apprentice
- Randyl: fighter/ mage (mostly mage 5/16) / Blue dragon wings a gift of an elder god.

Seryne and Randyl are twins whose family roots come from Mirabar and Calimsham. In the second book, they have a discussion: Seryne is standing, caressing the tomb of her mentor (who taught her about being a samurai) while she faces her brother’s misgivings, sympathetically listening to his rants. Seryne because of honor is now marrying Kioshi… Her twin brother knows she doesn’t love him. She also just announced that she will attempt to perform the ceremony of life and death in front of their enemy to try to stop a war. – Winterhawk

Not only that, but she also captured their general personalities with her illustrations. I then commissioned her for my…
