Merruschka – Naut sunset

“Another simply beautiful piece of artwork that I will forever admire. I am in love with the water and the sunset scene. This was a commission that was based on a scene I had given to Greenedera. She simply caught it perfectly. Despite it being a classic scene, she captured it in a very one-of-a-kind way. 
The soft pastellic colors, the ship in the distance and the placement of the characters are cohesive and simply beautiful. Overall it gives me a sweet vibe with just a tiny bit of bittersweetness with the ship sailing off far away, giving me exactly the feel of the scene where it’s about letting go and staying.
The way she painted Vasco makes him very handsome and I utterly love their hands here, they show the delicate and tenderness that I wanted to see.
As the one before, this piece is printed and hanging on my wall as well! I look at it every day! 
Oh and btw! Whenever I commission Greenedera, she is always very polite and very open minded to adjustments and always sends WIP pictures to show her progress.”
